ReplyDeleteInteractive technology based instructional materials because the diversity of the 21st-century classroom creates numerous challenges for teachers who may not have known the same diversity themselves as students. Among these, teachers must balance the requirements of high-stakes accountability while meeting the needs of diverse students within their classroom. The teachers should focus on essential skills in each content area, be responsive to individual differences, incorporate assessment into instruction, and provide students with multiple avenues to learning.Students may benefit from technologies that assist them, allowing them to keep pace with their peers.The focus should be on the outcome of the instruction, and not on the technology itself.
ReplyDeleteBased on my research, the 21st century learners need a kind of instructional materials such as interactive software, digital imaging, audio and video creation tools, on-demand video libraries, computers and LCD projectors and Web 2.0 tools or we can also called Instructional Technology. Educators need to cope on the abilities of the new generation learners because today's students are demanding a change in the classroom because of their ability to gather information faster than any other generation.
